The exterior is crafted from premium PU microfiber vegan leather, engineered for a supple hand-feel, high abrasion resistance, and water protection. The structured front flap integrates recycled leather composite for durability.

How do I clean it?

For everyday maintenance or spot cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild soap. Avoid alcohol-based cleansers, abrasive pads, or machine washing to preserve the vegan leather grain and protective finish. Allow it to air-dry completely away from direct heat.

What is your return policy and warranty?

14-Day Returns: Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged on Arrival: If your bag arrives with a defect or shipping damage (e.g., faulty zipper, torn stitching), contact us with photo evidence within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement.

1-Year Limited Warranty: We cover structural and hardware failures—such as detached zippers, seam separation, or broken hardware—for up to one year from purchase. This warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear-and-tear, stains, liquid spills, or damage caused by improper care or overloading.
